In 2023 Montana passed a resolution to establish the first week in April as Montana Soil Health Week. The celebration seeks to uplift the farmers, educators, and soil health stewards across the state who are protecting and strengthening the state's soil. In addition, the week will highlight the importance of soil health in protecting our ecosystems and agriculture from the threats of climate change.
I was tasked with developing a simple logo to be used across social media, across a variety of other media, and shared with allies in communications toolkits to brand the event and make it easily recognizable across the state.
